1. Who We Are

Outcome99 is a strategic consulting firm. We do not provide securities brokerage, placement, or execution services. Our work is focused on advisory, strategy, and communications related to loan formation and investor engagement — connecting businesses with revenue-based funding (including merchant cash advances) and secured Second- and Third-Position financing from our funding partners.

Outcome99 is not a bank, and the funding products described on the Site are not traditional installment loans.

2. Eligibility

The Site and Service are intended for business owners seeking commercial funding for business purposes only, and are not directed at consumers seeking personal, family, or household credit. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business submitting an application.

3. No Guarantee of Funding

Submitting an application or inquiry does not guarantee approval, funding, or any specific rate or term. All funding decisions, rates, and terms are determined by the funding partner reviewing your application, not by Outcome99.

4. Accuracy of Information

You're responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you submit, including financial statements, bank statements, and identifying information. Providing false or misleading information may disqualify your application.

5. Third-Party Services

Parts of the application process are handled through third-party platforms, including e-signature and bank-verification providers. Your use of those tools is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by Outcome99 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site's content for the purpose of evaluating or applying for funding. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Site to submit fraudulent applications, attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, or scrape or harvest data from the Site.
