Funding for established businesses.

Years of track record should earn you better terms, not the same starting point as everyone else.

An established business with years of consistent revenue is a different underwriting conversation than a newer one, and it should come with different terms. As your track record grows with us, so do your rates and limits.

Established businesses are also the most common users of our second- and third-position structure, layering additional capital behind financing they already have in place, rather than unwinding an existing facility to get more.

Which structure fits

Both structures are commonly used by established businesses: Revenue-Based Funding for standalone facilities, and Second- and Third-Position Loans for businesses that already carry financing and want additional capital without disturbing it.

🎬 Real-life example

An established business with an existing advance already in place gets a one-time bulk discount from a supplier if they can pay by Friday. Rather than unwind their current financing, they add a second-position loan sized around their remaining repayment capacity and catch the deal.
